Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift-Full-time
About The Position
Landmark Hospitals is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for our Day Shift at the Joplin, MO location. We offer new competitive hourly rates and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, depending on experience. Requirements
- Valid RN License in the state of MO or Compact RN License
- BLS and ACLS certification (BLS required to start, ACLS required within 60 days of hire)
- Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in a stressful environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
- Team, detail, and goal-oriented
- Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor
Nice To Haves
- CCRN Certification Support (and bonus upon certification)
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
- Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
- Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
- Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures
- Interacting and communicating with patient family members
