About The Position

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team at Aviata at St. Cloud in St. Cloud, Florida. The nurse will deliver patient care, supervise staff, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Follow facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
