About The Position

Integrity Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in homes and communities, focusing on medication setup and general health assessments during routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes). The position is PRN/Part Time with the opportunity to grow to Full Time, serving patients in Springfield, MO, and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and no on-call duties. Mileage reimbursement or company car use is provided.

Requirements

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup.
