Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Tele

About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides holistic, patient-centered care across the lifespan, with a primary focus on adult and geriatric populations, in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting. The role includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, coordinates care, delegates appropriately, and contributes to practice improvement initiatives. Duties may vary based on unit assignment. No call is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
- At least 1 year of travel experience.
- Active Minnesota RN license.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Proficiency in IV insertion.
- Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients.
- Recent EPIC experience.
- Submit a complete work history, updated skills checklist, and two supervisory references.
- Disclose all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission.
Responsibilities
