About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in the Morgantown, West Virginia coverage area. The role offers one-to-one patient care, flexible scheduling options, independent work with team support, and a full-time schedule. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates only.

The RN assesses and monitors patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs; develops care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals; delivers nursing care and symptom management; educates and supports families and caregivers; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; and maintains accurate documentation. Participation in the local branch’s on-call rotation is required.

Requirements

• Registered Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or another related setting is preferred.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets, depending on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.

• Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
