Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
Current BLS certification.
Two positive professional work references.
Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively with providers and clinical staff.

Nice To Haves

Previous outpatient, clinic, or direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Assess and monitor patients according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and RN scope of practice.
Obtain and document vital signs and patient health information.
Assist providers and clinical staff with patient care and clinic procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the RN scope of practice.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate provider.
Accurately document patient care, assessments, and observations in the medical record.
Provide patient education and support as needed.
Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all facility policies and safety procedures.
