About The Position

Our BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for adult and/or geriatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves providing one-on-one care in a client's home, focusing on building relationships and monitoring client progress. Unlike traditional home health visits, this position offers traditional shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) with a single client per day.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly documents doctors’ orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
