12-Hour Dayshift Registered Nurse- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
As a Dayshift Registered Nurse (RN) at Ohioans Home Health, you will perform the admission visit for all new home health clients and establish a plan of care that will be the foundation of all care delivery. Working in the Toledo area, you will apply your strong assessment skills to recognize the need for other disciplines that may be required to provide patient care. This role offers a diverse caseload and guaranteed day shifts, promoting a positive work-life balance with flexibility and autonomy. You will have access to a Case Manager, an iPad/electronic charting, and a portable printer. The company provides robust training, including orientation, skill labs, and the Elsevier Home Health Care platform. Ohioans Home Health is a Medicare and Medicaid Certified and CHAP-accredited skilled home health care agency serving 34 counties in Ohio and Southeast Michigan, recognized for its quality of care and positive work environment.
Requirements
- One year of acute care experience
- Current RN state licensure
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work a Panama schedule (12-hour shifts) with rotating weekends

- Home healthcare/case management experience preferred
