About The Position
This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse at a critical access facility with 25 beds. RNs must be multifaceted and flexible to handle multiple duties, including floating to the ED, Med/Surg, and Charge roles. The facility sees up to 350 patients in the ER per month. Facility-provided housing is available, requiring a tenant and rental agreement. Local travelers (less than 50 miles from the facility) are accepted.
Requirements
- Active Nebraska RN license required
- Minimum 2 years working ER, Med-Surg, Charge
- Prior travel experience required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- ACLS (AHA) certification required
- PALS (AHA or ENPC) certification required
- TNCC certification required
Nice To Haves
- NIHSS certification
- CPI certification
- SANE certification
Responsibilities
- Handle multiple duties due to the multifaceted nature of RN roles in a critical access facility.
- Float to ED, Med/Surg, and Charge roles as needed.
