About The Position
Peterborough Hospital and Nalya Lodge Aged Care are seeking Registered Nurses to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the health and wellbeing of the community. Peterborough Hospital has 12 acute beds and 11 Residential Aged Care (RAC) beds, delivering vital services including 24-hour accident and emergency care, acute medical services, aged care services, and medical imaging. The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) fosters a culture where employees feel valued and rewarded. This is a permanent position with 2.76 FTE for the Hospital and 1.49 FTE for Nalya Lodge.
Requirements
- Registration or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
- Undergo employment screening
- Meet immunisation requirements
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of vital services including 24-hour accident and emergency care
- Provide acute medical services
- Offer aged care services
- Perform medical imaging
