Registered Nurse- Day Shift
About The Position
BAYADA Pediatric Offices have immediate openings for day time nurses to care for kiddos 1:1 in home and or school settings. We offer one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, electronic charting using Statewise, in-depth paid training and shadowing with award-winning simulation labs, short commute times by matching you with cases near your home, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Your day will involve traveling to a client's home or school on a schedule you choose, following up on and documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. You will feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home or school.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home or school near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home or school
