About The Position
BAYADA Pediatric Offices have immediate openings for day time nurses to care for kiddos 1:1 in home and or school settings. This role offers a chance to escape burnout and achieve work-life balance. Nurses will provide one-on-one care, have flexible scheduling options, and utilize electronic charting. The position includes in-depth paid training with simulation labs and aims to match nurses with cases near their homes for shorter commutes. Around-the-clock clinical support is available by phone.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home or school near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home or school
