About The Position
Conifer Park is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Troy, NY. The RN is responsible for assessing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Our Registered Nurses function as part of an interdisciplinary team and participate in facility and department meetings.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Current NYS RN License
- Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care/mental health/chemical dependency nursing
- Experience conducting physical assessments
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients.
- Functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Participating in facility and department meetings.
