Requirements
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing personnel
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond effectively to emergencies and resident care needs
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
