About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse at Hillcrest Village. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is supported by the company’s clinical standards and established care processes. Days and nights are available. Compensation is $37–$40 per hour based on experience, with shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

- Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Manage medications, conduct thorough assessments, and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
