Requirements

Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or outpatient facility
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
