About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the homes of infants, children, and adolescents. The role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to physician-prescribed plans of care. This position involves ongoing patient assessments, administration of medications and treatments, care coordination, and educating family members to ensure positive outcomes and preventative care.
Requirements
- Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
