About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care according to physician orders and active plans of care, ensuring positive outcomes through ongoing assessments, medication administration, family education, and preventative initiatives. The position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
