Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program, serving as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. The CCS program is a newly renovated 10-bed unit where individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis receive short-term stabilization and support, with typical stays ranging from 3 to 5 days, flexible based on individual needs. The position is part-time, 16 hours per week, with a schedule of alternating weekends (every other weekend) from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. By joining Aspire Health and Community Services, you will make a direct impact supporting adults during times of behavioral health crisis, collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a newly renovated crisis stabilization program, and help individuals achieve stability and recovery in a compassionate, community-based setting.
