About The Position
This Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool position supports both Medical Progressive Care and Cardiac Progressive Care units at Atrium Health Pineville. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The RN will utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years progressive care experience required

- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
