About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for a part-time RN (0.8 FTE) for the Family Medicine Clinics in Waukon, Calmar, Lansing, and Decorah. This role involves caring for patients of all ages by performing telephone triage, anticoagulation management, and nurse-only visits such as patient teaching, wound care, and medication agreements. Emplify Health is a not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network formed by Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, with a mission to provide exceptional care to their communities. They operate 11 hospitals and over 100 clinics across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula, employing over 4,500 nurses and providers.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Iowa up hire

Responsibilities
- Fulfill 64 hours per two weeks (0.8 FTE)
- Work Monday-Friday between 8am and 4:30pm, occasional coverage until 5pm (rotating days off)
- Care for patients of all ages by performing telephone triage, anticoagulation management, and nurse only visits (Patient teaching, Wound Care, Medication Agreements, and more!)
