The RN will uphold and promote a culture of safety, continuously evaluating patient, team, and unit outcomes. Responsibilities include administering medications, treatments, and therapies safely, demonstrating effective communication, and pursuing professional development. The position requires adherence to ethical practices, respect for interdisciplinary roles, and contribution to integrated, unbiased patient care. Appropriate delegation to other nursing staff and accurate, timely EHR documentation are essential. The RN may be required to float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs and must demonstrate age-specific knowledge and skills.
