IV Infusion Registered Nurse ( PT/FT)

Requirements
- Licensed (Idaho) RN
- Hospitality or Sales Experience: You have a background in (or a deep passion for) hospitality, sales, or high-end customer service.
- Extroverted & Assertive: You enjoy meeting new people, leading conversations, and making bold recommendations for health.
- Driven to Earn: You want a role where your ability to connect with people and drive results is recognized and rewarded.
- Valid State of Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills - training will not be completed without being able to pass the IV skills assessment and review.
- Mandatory 1+ years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting (ER, ICU, OR, PRE-OP or similar).
- Understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Value ethics and integrity
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Comfortable in a retail/sales environment
- Excellent customer service and ability to create a service oriented experience for the clients
Responsibilities
- Provide an elite level of customer service, ensuring every member feels like a VIP from the moment they walk in.
- Use your clinical expertise to confidently recommend services and "sell" the benefits of our wellness protocols to help members reach their goals.
- Perform IV starts, blood draws, and medical clearances with precision and a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Create lasting connections with clients, turning one-time visits into long-term wellness journeys.
- Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injections
- Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants
- Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
- Documenting client visits through the use of Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to excel in a multitasking environment
- Assisting staff with store services
- Participating in occasional off-site nursing events as needed
- Opportunity to earn extra money with concierge visits
- Training new nurses and helping with continuing education.
