About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN II) will work on the Med Surg 3rd Floor South unit. This is a full-time night shift position. The unit ranges from around 18-22 patients. Texas Health offers a supportive workplace culture, great benefits, and highly engaged management.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR Associate's Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required

Nice To Haves

2+ years of Tele and/or Med Surg experience in domestic hospital setting preferred
