About The Position
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med-Surg unit renders professional nursing care to assigned patients, supporting medical care as directed by medical staff and in accordance with hospital objectives and policies. The role involves direct and indirect patient care, as well as collaboration with other disciplines involved in patient care. Nacogdoches Medical Center is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join their team, offering a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Renders professional nursing care to patients assigned in a Med-Surg unit, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital.
- Work encompasses direct and indirect care patient care and collaboration with other disciplines involved in the provision of care.
