Registered Nurse Mobile IV Therapy
About The Position
Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. The company is expanding across multiple states and seeks experienced, motivated registered nurses for independent 1099 contractor positions. Nurses provide personalized wellness treatments for conditions and situations such as fatigue, dehydration, migraines, jet lag, and hangovers, at clients’ homes and other locations. This flexible, autonomous role lets nurses choose their hours and availability while working with support from a medical leadership team. The company provides clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and leads through national marketing. Contractors may also build their own clientele through local networking. Compensation is described as having unlimited earning potential, averaging $1,000–$15,000 per month, plus tips.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 full years of working RN experience, depending on specialty.
- Practice-area experience in emergency medicine, critical care, step down, labor and delivery, or flight/transport.
- High skill and confidence in IV placement.
- Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
- Ability to commit to caring for patients when needed; schedule is flexible and chosen by the contractor.

Responsibilities
- Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
- Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
- Manage a personal schedule and communicate directly with clients.
- Network locally to grow a client base through gyms, wellness centers, events, and similar connections.
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety protocols.
- Provide care independently following provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
