This is a full-time mid-shift (10:45AM-11:15PM) position. This position is located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, weekends-holidays & on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) highly preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide operative care as a Registered Nurse in Perioperative Services.
• Work with advanced and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Participate in a weekends-holidays & on-call rotation.
