About The Position

We are seeking an experienced RN (with critical care background), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient imaging team on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for a clinically strong provider who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote radiologist to support safe, efficient patient care.

Requirements

• Active RN (critical care experience required), NP, or PA license
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Nice To Haves

• Strong IV skills and experience with contrast administration preferred
• Experience in emergency, ICU, or other high-acuity settings strongly preferred
• Someone who is calm, confident, and patient-focused—able to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact while supporting both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient imaging setting
• Monitor patients before, during, and after contrast administration.
• Assess for contraindications and respond to any adverse reactions under the direction of a remote radiologist.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after Interventional procedures.
• Ensure a safe, high-quality patient experience
• Collaborate with technologists and radiology team members to maintain efficient workflow
