As a Registered Nurse, you will administer, monitor, and document chemotherapy and other infusion treatments for our patients according to treatment plans ordered by our oncology and hematology providers.
Requirements
- Professional nursing degree (BSN preferred).
- Tennessee State Nursing licensure.
- Current BLS certification upon hire.
- At least one year of prior nursing experience.
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education.
- Current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
- Must maintain continuing education requirements.
- Manual dexterity, proper hand-eye coordination, and a full range of motion to assist with lifting patients.
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and document chemotherapy and other infusion treatments for patients according to treatment plans ordered by oncology and hematology providers.
- Provide education on treatment and emotional support to patients.
- Perform venipuncture and access ports to administer treatment.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, meeting their needs and making them comfortable.
- Serve as a resource for patients and other clinical team members regarding infection treatments.
- Navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Communicate respectfully and promptly with team members.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
