•$55 - $62•Onsite

About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its home health visit team. The RN is an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients so they can remain at home. Care is delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Home health experience is required. The role involves assessing patients, recognizing changes in their conditions, and using acute and post-acute care experience to address needs such as CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care. The nurse independently triages and manages urgent clinical situations in the home, reconciles medications, provides teaching and safety monitoring, and performs and documents comprehensive wound assessments and care. The RN must be comfortable making real-time decisions without immediate on-site support, managing a changing visit schedule, and adapting to varied home environments and patient needs. BAYADA provides paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online, as well as clinical support around the clock. The position offers competitive pay on a weekly schedule, flexible scheduling, and compensation of $55–$62 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.
