About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment. This role involves promoting healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as providing chronic condition management and education. The RN will utilize critical thinking skills for tasks such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care. The position requires active participation in a collaborative, interprofessional team.

Requirements

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Relevant RN experience Preferred
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
