Per Diem Career Float Pool RNs may float within one or more of the following specialty clusters: Adult ICU/PACU, Adult Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care (PCU), Women's Services, NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics, Emergency Services. Each per diem Career Float Pool RN is assigned a Tier Status based on the number of specialty clusters in which they maintain competency. Requirements

Per Diem Career Float Pool RNs may float within one or more of the following specialty clusters: Adult ICU/PACU, Adult Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care (PCU), Women's Services, NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics, Emergency Services.
Each per diem Career Float Pool RN is assigned a Tier Status based on the number of specialty clusters in which they maintain competency. Tier assignment reflects the breadth of clinical areas the RN is qualified to support.
