About The Position
Oconto Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its resident-focused care team in Oconto, Wisconsin. The role involves providing nursing care to residents, supporting care plans and clinical documentation, and working with CNA staff, Nurse Managers, and the interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Active RN license in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation.
- Lead and guide CNA staff.
- Promote resident safety and comfort.
