About The Position

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging nursing position, the Registered Nurse works with multidisciplinary team members to provide patients with the best care. The role is central to patient-centered care and calls for compassion and a continuing focus on improving the patient experience. The nurse uses clear communication and builds relationships that promote a collaborative environment, remains accountable for performance, and takes initiative for professional growth while contributing to a winning team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current nursing license that permits practice in the State of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association, or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENPC), required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
