About The Position

Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice. Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough, and timely manner. Adheres to the case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput. Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
• Excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests.
• Proficient computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced nurse with wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.
