About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their team at Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center in Henning, Tennessee. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, the RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patients. This position offers a $7,500 bonus.
Requirements
- Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Identifying, assessing, and responding to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
- Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
