About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their team at Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City, Tennessee. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients. They will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to patient needs.
Requirements
- Tennessee RN or Compact license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support Certification
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.
