About The Position
Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents. This role involves obtaining and transcribing written and telephone orders promptly, ensuring telephone order forms are complete. The Registered Nurse will notify the physician and responsible party of changes in resident status, and provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations. Additionally, the role requires timely completion of all new admissions paperwork, including nursing assessments, and the preparation and administration of medications and treatments as needed.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR Certification
Responsibilities
