About The Position
Registered Nurse Per-diem DAY shift available; 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay) Salary range: $38.00-$41.50 per hour, based on experience Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay) = $44.00-$47.83 per hour Garden Grove, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Springdale St. CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 15-bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 2 CNAs each shift Low patient ratios On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
Requirements
- Accredited RN degree
- Current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clinical assessment skills

- Creative problem solving skills
- Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments
- Implementing health care plans
- Monitoring patients’ conditions
- Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff to ensure extraordinary care
- Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to best meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs
