Registered Nurse (RN) Preop/Pacu/OR
About The Position
Columbus Eye Surgery Center is currently searching for a Full-time and Part-time Registered Nurse to work Mondays – Fridays, with no weekends and no major holidays. The ideal candidate can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. This role involves preparing patients for procedures, assisting physicians during procedures, administering medications and IVs, making Preop Op phone calls, circulating in the Operating Room, providing care for patients in recovery, and actively participating in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities. The center emphasizes an environment that provides exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- ACLS required
- Current Ohio nursing license
Nice To Haves
- Ambulatory/Outpatient surgery experienced preferred
- Must have excellent IV skills
