About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by a physician. The position is at Deschutes Recovery Center, a Secure Residential Treatment Facility serving 16 adults with mental illness who are transitioning from the State Hospital or other secure facilities to a community-based program. The position is full-time, on an AM/day schedule, Sunday through Wednesday.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the program operates.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by a physician.
