About The Position

Sage Bluff Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses to provide care that supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Nurses are encouraged to build meaningful relationships by learning the life stories of residents and staff. The role involves using nursing skills in a skilled nursing care environment supported by clinical standards and established care processes.

The opportunity offers full-time day and evening shifts and part-time day, evening, and night shifts, with 8- and 12-hour shifts available. Earning potential is $40–$42. Full-time and part-time benefits may vary, and terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
