About The Position
Spring Fertility is a rapidly growing fertility group grounded in clinical excellence, innovation, and individualized, compassionate care. The nursing team helps establish an excellent patient experience by providing hands-on support, knowledge, and empowerment throughout patients’ treatment journeys. Nurses are expected to be dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment. Spring Fertility offers comprehensive fertility RN training. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, non-exempt onsite role with 8-hour workdays. The position requires early hours and rotational weekend and holiday work. The salary range is $45–$50 per hour, based on factors including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, certifications, and degrees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Oregon (RN/BSN).
- Current ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Establish confidence, trust, and positive rapport with patients.
- Case manage a large patient portfolio.
- Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing egg freezing, IUI, IVF, and egg donation.
- Order time-sensitive medications.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
