About The Position

This role involves delivering direct, compassionate nursing care following proven clinical standards to ensure high-quality, safe outcomes for every patient. The nurse will execute and adapt individualized care plans by tracking, documenting, and communicating vital health changes to keep the entire medical team informed and aligned. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional care coordination across doctors, therapists, and specialists to deliver seamless, patient-centered care journeys, carrying out physician and nursing orders with accuracy and precision to maintain steady, continuous treatment plans, and coordinating comprehensive discharge strategies alongside multidisciplinary teams to empower patients and families for smooth, confident transitions home.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
1–2 years of Registered Nurse (RN) clinical experience.

Background or clinical experience in Cardiac Care preferred.
