About The Position
As a Registered Nurse at Spring Mill Meadows, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and help provide excellent senior care. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and respectful interpersonal communication. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Ability to support teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.
- Provide a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
- Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Manage medications.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values when interacting with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
