About The Position

The Registered Nurse is accountable for managing patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include coordinating and evaluating care, teaching and delegating patient activities to other health care team members through therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment. This is a full-time position on the Behavioral Health Unit with a 12-hour night shift.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN degree, or written agreement to obtain a BSN within five years.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire or transfer.

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree preferred.
• Previous critical care experience preferred.
