Requirements

• Associates
• Current or within previous 2 years, work experience in Critical Care (CCU) primarily in Cardiovascular specialty, Emergency Department (ED), or cardiac catheterization services department or interventional radiology department., upon hire and Exceptions made in case by case basis
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 30 Days

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Of Science Nursing
• Angiographic and/or scrub experience desired with CCL, Electrophysiology Lab (EP) or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience, upon hire
• Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute (CCRN), upon hire
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI (RCS), upon hire
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), upon hire
• Registered Cardiac Electr (RCES), upon hire

Responsibilities

• Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation
• Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
• Identifies changes in patients condition and intervenes appropriately.
