As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care. Using the nursing process, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals, making a direct impact on patient outcomes and experiences. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
