About The Position

Cypress Grove Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. Nurses develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories and use their nursing skills to provide fulfilling, high-quality care. Day and night shifts are available, with an every-other-weekend rotation and no on-call duty. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication. The nurse is expected to demonstrate C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—with residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Work toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications, conduct thorough assessments, and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
