About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team at Marigold Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Galesburg, IL. This role involves ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The Registered Nurse will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include resident care, directing nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

• Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
